How to change details in online passport form filled and sent to the office and the interview is on 16th?

I have filled in the online passport application form and sent to the office and they have given 16th June for passport interview. Now I want to change the mode of payment from cash to draft, but I have filled in the form as cash. In Surname column I have filled my father's name now I want to make that blank. What can I do now? Pl advice matter urgent

1. You can cancel the appointment and fill up a new form with all the details correct and submit you will get new date time and file number
2. I don't think that is possible.
3. That is not possible, you will have to cancel the appointment and restart the process. Sorry man....
