  7. No way. Depending on where you're at, check with your local post office, that's one place that takes all the necessary information they need from you in order to send to the proper authorities to get your passport. They need proof of who you are, which is the reason they won't do it online.

  10. No. Go to your DMV website, they have something about passports. Once you click on it, down below there is a downloadable application. Print it out- don't sign it- and go to almost any post office and do it there.
  11. No you can't do it online. Getting a passport is a very serious thing and they look at your credentials very closely. You'll need to go to a court house probably and get the forms and then take all the things you need back there again and they'll take a awful picture lol. You can overnight it to where it needs to go but it'll still take several weeks to get it, so if you're in a hurry, better get going!
