how can i get passport online in TN,india?

I need to take passport , i have completed my +2 3 years back and bca graduate how can i take passport online plzzzzz help me

3. You can't. We have no such facility at the moment. You need not personally be present. You can apply for a passport via postal services. You have to get an application form , fill in , all the required columns. Enclose a Demand draft in fav of the passport officer for the fee payable . Passport office will check the papers you are submitting. Will have a police check too. When satisfied, you will be issued with a passport. It will be sent to you to your address by a registered post. If your passport application is perfectly done with, there wouldn't be any hassle. But in this process it may take a few months for you to get the passport. You have got to be sending reminders after reminders.
