How will apply in online registration in tatkaal passport?

Pleae any one help the following. 1.How will register online passport application in tatkaal scheme?What is the form Number?

1. Better visit personally, immediately with all documents
2. form is the same. onle the fees are different. for online application the details are available inthe foll link http://passport.gov.in/pms/Information.jsp but I dont see any point in making online application since u still have to go to passport office for submitting the copies of your online application form. so, if u still HAVE to go to passport office , then why waste time filling up the online form,. Typical government of India inefficiency.
