us passport!!!!!!!!!!? hey folks i'm american any way just let you know i'm in mexico city but i don't have my us passport to go back so what are they doing with the people who doesn't have a passport just yet for whatever reasons i mean do we have to pay like a fine or do the take you to hail i mean what exactly are they doing to us because i don't think at this date most of americans have a passport.

But it says I also need a proof of Identity. I have an ID but I have to send them my id? I kinda need that to cash my checks. lol. Is it really necessary for me to send them that??
